ALASKA RAILROAD PASSENGER SERVICES
  • Performed a preliminary assessment of the Fire Safety needs of the Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) Passenger Rail Service.
  • Conducted a detailed, system wide Fire Safety Analysis on the ARRC Passenger Rail Service as required by FRA Regulation 49CFR238.103 – Fire Safety, based upon APTA “Recommended Practice for Fire Safety Analysis of Existing Passenger Rail Equipment” (APTA-RP-PS-005-00).

NORTH CAROLINA DOT PIEDMONT PASSENGER RAIL SERVICE

  • Part of a team conducting a detailed Fire Safety Analysis of the NCDOT Piedmont Rail Service, following APTA RP-PS-005-00.
  • Conducted all vehicle surveys and material assessments, as well as a fault tree analysis, hazard analysis, risk assessment, operating scenarios, and hazard assessments of the service.
  • Participated in a successful FRA Audit in March 2005 of the Piedmont Fire Safety Analysis.
