Re-Branding of LDK Engineering
written by Gord Campbell
You will recall back in January of this year that we wrote to advise you that LDK Engineering Inc. had been acquired by Interfleet Technology, the international rail consultancy group. Following a period of integration during the course of this year, we are now pleased to announce that as of September 10th 2007, LDK has been formally re-named and re-branded as Interfleet Technology Inc., as part of Interfleet’s North American operation, which also comprises a US office in
Philadelphia.
We are also pleased to announce a number of key new appointments as part of this re-launch process. Interfleet’s group Board has appointed Larry Kelterborn as President of Interfleet Technology Inc., to lead our North American activities. In addition, Gord Campbell, previously Operations Director at LDK, has been appointed as Vice-President, Operations at Interfleet Inc. and Nigel Davies, previously Vice President of our US office has been appointed Vice-President, Business Development.
We have already been able to increase our service offering following the acquisition and we are confident that these new appointments will enable us to further enhance the level of service we can provide to our North American clients over the coming months. We will continue to expand our operations in North America in the future, through both continued recruitment and acquisition where appropriate, to ensure our capabilities meet the needs of the market.
